H&M Spring/Summer Baby Favorites

Marin's Room.JPG

The majority of Marin’s clothing has been purchased from H&M over the last year. They often run sales which makes it extremely affordable, the quality is great and holds up to lots of wear and washes, and they come out with some of the CUTEST styles. Tyler says my favorite hobby these days is shopping for baby clothes… he’s not wrong. Ha!

I’m a big proponent of supporting small businesses, but sometimes it’s nice to have an option at a lower price point as well. I believe in all things in moderation, so I try to do a bit of both with some second hand shopping mixed in as well.

With all of that said, if you’re in the market for some new spring/summer clothes for your little ones, H&M recently came out with some incredibly cute options - several of which I’ve already purchased. I rounded up my favorites and provided some commentary below. Warm weather is just around the corner - surely!

PLEASE NOTE: I’ve found H&M baby clothes to run REALLY large. Marin’s small for her age, but even still, size down.

  • Bodysuit : I’ve shared this bodysuit a number of times, but it’s because it is my absolute favorite! We brought Marin home from the hospital in this and I immediately bought another one when I saw it was back this season.

  • Socks : I’ve purchased all of Marin’s socks from H&M and really like them. They stay on well - except when she pulls them off, of course. I haven’t tried these ankle socks, but the colors are great.

  • Cotton Romper : Super cute and gender neutral! Looks like the perfect outfit to go play outside.

  • Swimsuit : Possibly the cutest swimsuit around. I haven’t bought this yet, but I’m really tempted to buy it for our annual trip to Palm Springs in February. Surely we’ll all be traveling again by February 2021, right? Yikes.

  • Linen Overalls : I just love overalls! And besides, I’m a sucker for anything in linen.

  • Mustard Romper : So stinking cute. I actually bought this but ended up returning because it was HUGE. Be sure to size down.

  • Pink Romper : I bought this exact romper for Marin to wear last summer, and it’s super cute. The only downside is you have to unbutton the entire thing for a diaper change, but sometimes the cute factor is just worth the hassle.

  • Blouse : I recently bought this and love it! It definitely runs large, but it looks really nice for the price and should fit well into the fall.

  • Sleeveless Romper : SO. FREAKING. CUTE! The only downside is no buttons/snaps at the crotch, but it is REALLY cute in person.

  • Double Weave Pants : Cute and comfy pants. Love these!

  • Bodysuit : Same bodysuit as the neutral but in a darker color. I haven’t bought it yet, but it’s only a matter of time…

  • Linen Romper : Beautiful romper. I’ve been tempted to buy this countless times, but it’s just SO MANY BUTTONS for a diaper change.

  • Shorts : Bought these and often pair them with the Blouse I mentioned above. They’re great! The color is extremely versatile and really beautiful.

  • Romper Suit : This is probably meant for a boy, but I totally think it could be gender neutral. I love it and have it in my shopping cart.

  • Leggings : I really like H&M leggings. They wash well and look great.

  • Suspender Pants : Baby’s in suspenders. I mean cmon!

  • Tank + Shorts : Cute, cute cute!

  • Cotton Romper : Bought this and really like it. It definitely runs big, so be sure to size down.

  • T-shirt : Cute and extremely versatile.

  • Sleeveless Bodysuits : I bought a pack of these last summer for Marin in the pink/mustard color, and they were great!
